Virginie CARRARA-MINOTTI

Virginie Carrara-Minotti has been a sworn translator at the Monaco Court of Appeal since 2021. Originally from Corsica and now based in the Principality, she founded M Traduction, where she translates legal, administrative and official documents intended for Monegasque or foreign authorities. She works in French, English, Italian and Spanish.

Sworn translations

As a sworn translator, she produces written translations certified as true to the original, for which she is personally accountable. They cover contracts, deeds, court decisions and procedural documents, real estate and banking documents, as well as civil status records, diplomas and academic transcripts. She can also handle apostille formalities and the prior legalisation of her signature.

Professional and private clients

She works with lawyers, notaries and institutions, as well as companies based in Monaco: banks and family offices, real estate agencies and developers, and players in luxury, yachting and hospitality. Private clients entrust her with their documents for residence, nationality, study or career procedures, in Monaco and abroad.

She also offers non-sworn translations for communication purposes (articles, press releases, institutional materials, web content), as well as proofreading and editing, terminology harmonisation and checks of linguistic and formal compliance before official submission.

Working method

Her practice is built on a single point of contact: she personally oversees every file, from the quote request to delivery. A proven workflow and professional tools allow her to ensure terminological consistency and meet deadlines, including for urgent files. Each translation is proofread several times, and a working version can be submitted to the client before final delivery.
