3) Purpose of the Website — Nature of the Services

KaliDirectory is a professional digital directory dedicated to promoting businesses, organizations, and professionals operating in the Principality of Monaco, as well as to publishing related informational and editorial content.

The Site is published from France by an independent entity based in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes). It is a private initiative: the Site is neither an official Monegasque service nor a public registry (see Article 13).

The Site may, exclusively within this framework, offer advertising space and/or sponsored content for sale, published under the publisher’s supervision.

The services offered via the Site are intended exclusively for professionals (companies, organizations, and independent contractors) acting within the scope of their business activities, to the exclusion of consumers as defined by the Consumer Code.

4) Access to the Site — Acceptance — Updates

Access to and use of the Site imply acceptance of these legal notices.

The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published online at the time of access.

5) Content, Data, Sources — Translations — Limitation of Warranty

The Site may contain information derived from (i) data provided by the entities referenced, (ii) publicly available sources, and (iii) internal processes involving structuring, formatting, and translation.

Despite the care taken, the publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the published information.

Translations, rephrasings, and automated processing (particularly multilingual processing) are provided for informational purposes only and may contain approximations; only the reference version published by the publisher is authoritative.

Each referenced entity remains solely responsible for the information, visuals, claims, offers, prices, availability, and content that it provides or asserts to be accurate.

6) Liability — Availability — Third-Party Links — No Advice

The publisher takes reasonable measures to ensure access to and the proper functioning of the Site, without any obligation to achieve specific results.

The publisher shall not be held liable in the event of any interruption, malfunction, maintenance, overload, data loss, intrusion, virus, or technical incident beyond its control, nor for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; the publisher has no control over these websites and assumes no responsibility for their content.

The content of the Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). The user remains solely responsible for the use made of the information.

In the event of force majeure or an event beyond the publisher’s reasonable control, the publisher shall not be held liable.

7) Sponsored Content / Advertising (100% In-House)

The Site may display sponsored content and/or advertisements managed, selected, and published exclusively by the publisher, under its control (formatting, distribution, removal). The Site does not incorporate an advertising network that imposes content not controlled by the publisher.

In accordance with applicable rules regarding advertising transparency, all sponsored or advertising content is clearly and legibly identified as such.

As a general rule, advertising may be limited to free listings (local advertising). Certain packages or options may allow for the removal of advertising from a listing, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Sponsored or promotional content does not imply any recommendation, guarantee, or institutional endorsement. The advertiser remains solely responsible for the information, visuals, and offers appearing in its content.

8) No Commission Without Written Agreement (Anti-Referral / Anti-Affiliation)

No commission, compensation, kickback, or indemnity is due for any referral, recommendation, business lead, sponsorship, or sales effort in the absence of a prior written agreement signed by the publisher.

Any initiative by a third party aimed at “referring” customers, partners, or advertisers to the Site does not entitle the third party to any compensation, unless there is a separate written contract.

9) Intellectual Property — Databases — Provided Content

Unless otherwise stated, all elements comprising the Site (text, structure, site map, design, graphics, databases, editorial content, code, etc.) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The publisher claims the status of producer of the Site’s database within the meaning of Articles L.341-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. Any extraction or reuse of the content of this database that is substantively significant in terms of quality or quantity is prohibited, including through automated means (scraping, data extraction, unauthorized APIs).

Third-party trademarks, names, and logos appear on the Site for identification and informational purposes; they remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence does not imply any affiliation or endorsement, unless expressly stated.

By submitting content (text, logos, images, documents), the contributor warrants that they hold the necessary rights and authorizes the publisher to reproduce and display such content on the Site, as part of the directory and its promotion, for as long as the content remains online, unless a request for removal is made.

10) Ranking / Visibility — Display Criteria

The order in which listings, categories, and results are displayed may depend on technical, editorial, or commercial criteria (e.g., completeness, relevance, visibility options, subscription to a paid option). The publisher reserves the right to modify these criteria at any time.

When payment directly influences the ranking or prominence of a listing, this influence is disclosed.

11) Reporting — Correction — Removal — Anti-Fraud

Any request for correction, update, or removal may be sent to [email protected]. This address serves as the publisher’s point of contact for content reports.

All notifications must include, at a minimum: the requester’s identification, the relevant URL, a precise description of the disputed content, the reasons for the request, and any supporting documentation. The publisher may request additional information before taking action. In the case of clearly illegal content, the publisher may proceed with a suspension or a precautionary removal.

The publisher may refuse, suspend, or remove any registration request or content when there is reasonable doubt regarding the requester’s identity, the accuracy of the information, authorization to use distinctive signs (logo, trademark), or compliance with these terms.

The publisher is under no obligation to publish, maintain, index, or keep any content or listing online, even after an exchange, request, or transmission of information.
