Official institutions
Monaco's official institutions ensure the smooth running of the Principality through a range of administrative, political and constitutional bodies. They oversee the application of laws, the management of public affairs and the implementation of the State's main policies. These include bodies such as the Prince's Palace, the National Council, the Prince's Government, the Crown Council and the judiciary. Their mission: to guarantee the stability, transparency and efficiency of the institutions, in keeping with Monegasque values and international commitments. These structures also play an essential role in communicating with citizens, overseeing administrative procedures and promoting inter-state cooperation. They embody the continuity of the State and the excellence of the Monegasque institutional model.
