Port de Fontvieille is a marina in Monaco, today a true yachting harbour at the foot of the eastern part of the Rock. Born from the development of 17 hectares reclaimed from the sea, it is sheltered from easterly winds by the Rock and from swells by the large breakwater. It can accommodate up to 290 boats, with a maximum draught of 3 metres. Visiting and permanent boaters have water and electricity at every berth, as well as toilets and showers, with shops nearby.
