Conseil de l'Ordre des Pharmaciens

The Conseil de l'Ordre des Pharmaciens de Monaco is the official body representing the pharmaceutical profession in the Principality. All licensed pharmacists must be members of the Council. Established by Law n°1029 of July 16 1980, the Order ensures compliance with professional ethics, and the defense of the honor, independence and rights of the profession. It comprises three sections corresponding to the different branches of pharmaceutical activity: pharmacies, the pharmaceutical industry and medical biology laboratories. Each section is administered by an elected board. The Order is a key player in health regulation in Monaco.
