Association Monégasque pour la Recherche sur la Maladie d'Alzheimer

Created in 1990 on the initiative of Michel Pastor and Dr Michel-Yves Mourou, the Association Monégasque pour la Recherche sur la Maladie d'Alzheimer (AMPA) is actively involved in supporting research and improving understanding of this disease. Under the presidency of Catherine Pastor, AMPA organizes scientific meetings, raises public awareness and supports patients and their families. Recognized as an international solidarity organization, it is a member of Alzheimer Europe and Alzheimer's Disease International. Since 2013, it has also been coordinating the Mediterranean Alzheimer Alliance.
